Incident Creation Process
- Login into https://support.certifyglobal.com/portal
- If User is New – Click on “Submit Ticket “to submit the incident
- Fill all mandatory fields with Product Name as “CERTIFY SNAPXT” and Click on Submit tab to submit the incident
Note : It will invite users automatically when they submit their first ticket
- You can verify the email box for Invitation to activate to become the member to Sign In in future
- If User is Existing – Click on “Sign In” with registered email id and password to submit the incident and checking for status
