WiFi/Bluetooth Printer – Help Certify

Connect the printer to a power outlet and turn on the power button on the printer.

2. Click on the menu button. If you are connecting to the printer with Bluetooth, then navigate to WLAN on the printer using the up and down arrow buttons and turn it off. (If connecting to the printer with Wi-fi, then turn on WLAN and turn off Bluetooth on the printer)

3. On clicking “OK” button present on the printer when you are on Bluetooth screen, it is redirected to the Bluetooth settings screen on the printer.

4. Once you are on the Bluetooth screen, you can turn on Bluetooth and view the Bluetooth Status on the printer.

5. Now, turn on your SnapXT device and open the Certify Snap app.

6. Once you are in the app, long press on the top left corner and you will be redirected to the login page. Enter the password for your SnapXT device (the last 6 digits of your device).

7. Once logged in, you will be in the Settings screen.

8. Navigate to the Printer Settings.

Printer Settings	Functionality
WiFi/Bluetooth Printer	Enable print: Select YES to enable printer. Select NO to disable the functionality. Connected Printer: NONE Settings (Link). To know more about Settings, click here . Test:
USB Printer	Enable print: Select YES to enable print. Select NO to disable the functionality.
Printing Options	Print for all Scan: Select YES to print for all scans. Select NO to disable the functionality. Print for Access Card Users: Select YES to print for access card users. Select NO to discard the functionality. Print for QR Code Users: Select YES to print for QR code users. Select NO to discard the functionality. Print for Wave Users: Select YES to print for wave users. Select NO to discard the functionality. Print for High Temperature: Select YES to print for high temperature. Select NO to discard the functionality.
Label Options	Print Face: Select YES to print the face. Select NO to disable the functionality. Print Name (if Identified else blank): Select YES to print name. Select NO to disable the functionality. ‘If unidentified print text’ Enter Visitor text: Enter the relevant text, by default it is ‘Anonymous’. Print Normal Temperature Value: Select YES to print normal temperature value. Select NO to disable the functionality. Print High Temperature Value: Select YES to print high temperature value. Select NO to disable the functionality. Print Wave Answers: Select YES to print wave answers. Select NO to disable the functionality.

9. On clicking Connected Printer: “Settings”, you will be redirected to the below Printer Settings screen.

Printer Settings	Functionality
PrinterModel	Click on this setting to choose the relevant model for printing. Click on CANCEL to go back to Printer Settings.
Port	Choose either NET(WLAN) or BLUETOOTH for the port settings. or Click on CANCEL to go back to Printer Settings.
Connect to Printer	Click on Connect to Printer and choose the destination printer by giving the IP address and MAC address( if you are connecting with WLAN/Wi-fi) Else, pair the device with printer through Bluetooth.
Paper Size	Click on Paper Size and select the size. W62: Blavk&White paper W62RB: Color paper. Click on CANCEL to go back to Printer Settings.
Printing Orientation	Click on Printing Orientation and choose either: Portrait or Landscape. Click on CANCEL to go back to Printer Settings.
Fit to page	Click on Fit to page and select any one option given: ORIGINAL FIT_TO_PAGE CUSTOM FIT_TO_PAPER Click on to go back to Printer Settings. Click on Scale value, provide relevant value in the box. Click on CANCEL or OK to go back to Printer Settings.
Number of copies	Click on Number of copies and give the amount of copies required. Click on CANCEL or OK to go back to Printer Settings.
Work Folder	Select the work path by clicking on Work Folder and choosing In-app folder or External folder. Click on CANCEL to go back to Printer Settings.
Timeout	To set the timeout value, click on Timeout.
IP/MAC Address	Set IP address (Get the IP address from WLAN status on the printer) Click on CANCEL or OK to go back to Printer Settings. Set MAC address (Get the MAC address from WLAN status on the printer) Click on CANCEL or OK to go back to Printer Settings.

Printer Settings – Cut Settings	Functionality
Auto Cut	Click on Auto Cut and select YES to enable auto cut. Select NO to disable the functionality. Click on CANCEL to go back to Printer Settings.
End Cut	Click on End Cut and select YES to enable end cut. Select NO to disable the functionality. Click on CANCEL to go back to Printer Settings.
Special Tape paper (PT only)	Click on Special Tape paper (PT only) and select YES to enable Special Tape paper (PT only). Select NO to disable the functionality. Click on CANCEL to go back to Printer Settings.
Print_quality	Click print_quality and select the relevant print quality: LOW_RESOLUTION NORMAL DOUBLE_SPEED HIGH_RESOLUTION Click on CANCEL to go back to Printer Settings.

10. Once all the changes are made, make sure to “SAVE”

Then open the Certify Snap application on your device and take a scan. Once the scan is complete, it will display your temperature on the screen and print your label.
