Vaccination Document upload through members.

• Upload directly vaccination document in members tab (PDF/Image).

• click on upload document to upload vaccination document.

• click on choose file to upload the document, it should be in PDF/image & click on save file to save the document.

• once you upload the document, we can able to replace, download, delete the document.

• once the document is uploaded , the vaccination icon changes color from black to green.

• click on view document to view the uploaded document.

Vaccination Document upload through Snap app.

• Enable the Document upload check box if the Expected outcome is Pass in touchless registration under questionnaire.

• click on Optional or mandatory radio button for Upload vaccination document.

• when the touchless registration link is sent when the expected outcome is pass after answering the questionnaires, it navigates to next page to upload the document.

• click on choose file to upload the document (PDF/Image).

• click on Save file to save the document.

• Click on replace file to replace.

• click on Skip to move next page.

• once the document is uploaded, vaccination icon changes its color from black to green.
