When the Admin wants you to upgrade the plan, the Addons will carry forward for the upgraded plan. But Invoice will be separated with Plan type and Addons which was purchased by the Admin from previous plan.
While upgrading from Preferred to Premier Access, Order summary will be split into Plan type and Addons purchased from the Preferred Access.
Same thing in Invoice also, Addons are separated with plan type.
