Advanced search is a quick way to search all the details of a particular user. It should provide the exact details. 

1.Login to the portal

2.Click on Users

3.Users page will get displayed with Search option as shown in Figure 1

Provide the values in the search fields as shown in Figure 2 and Click on “Apply” button or ‘Enter’.

Search results will gets displayed as shown in Figure 2.

Search Fields:

First Name: Search based on User’s First Name 

Last Name: Search based on Last Name 

Mobile: Search based on Mobile number 

Role: Search based on Role 

Status: Search based on Status. Default value will be ALL 

Clear: Clear button clears all the values in the textboxes and sets the default values 

Apply: Apply button search the values based on the given search value
