Push Commands

Click on the 4-squared box in the portal as highlighted.

Push Commands: Device push commands are available under Device Management. Once the command is pushed or clicked from the portal push command menu, the same will be executed on device side.

Restart SNAP Application: The push command will allow the “CERTIFY Snap” application to restart from the device automatically.
Click on “Restart SNAP Application” and a notification – “The command to Restart SNAP Application is sent” will be displayed in the portal as shown in the image below:

Reset Data and Settings: The push command will give a complete data and settings reset in the device.
Click on “Reset Data and Settings” and a notification – “The Command to Reset Data and Settings is sent” will be displayed in the portal as shown in the image below:

Health Check(Ping): The push command will send the Heath Check to the device directly.
Click on “Restart SNAP Application” and a notification –“The command to Health Check(Ping) is sent” will be displayed in the portal as shown in the image below:

Update Settings: The Push command includes updating settings directly from the Snap XT device. Once the settings are changed from the device, click on “Update Setting” from the portal and a notification – The command to Update Settings is sent” will be displayed in the portal as shown in the image below:

Sync All Members: The command will sync all the members in the device .
Click on “Sync All Members” and a notification –”The command to “Sync All Members is sent” will be displayed in the portal as shown in the image below:

Hide Navigation Bar: The push command will hide the navigation bar in the device.
Click on “Hide Navigation Bar” and a notification – “The command to “Hide Navigation Bar is sent” will be displayed in the portal as shown in the image below:

Show Navigation Bar: The push command will enable the navigation bar in the device.
Click on “Show Navigation Bar” and a notification – “The command to Show Navigation Bar is sent” will be displayed in the portal as shown in the image below:

Reboot Device: The push command will reboot the device automatically.
Click on “Reboot Device” and a notification – “The command to Reboot Device is sent” will be displayed in the portal as shown in the image below:
