This field allows allows to input network/workstation/UPN ID for members. The field should support at least 11 alphanumeric characters.

Add Form options to enable/disable fields for Touchless
To enable this field under Members and Touchless Registration Workflows, ‘Network ID’ field should be checked under Configuration>Form Options.

An indicator (dagger †) is introduced to highlight the fields that are available for touchless registration workflows. Also, the description is rephrased to indicate the fields are available for Members and Workflows.

Enable field to activate across portal
Member will have this new field
When enabled under Form Options, Network Id field becomes mandatory in Members. When disabled, the field becomes optional.

Touchless will have option to choose field and set mandatory / non mandatory
Network Id field is available for new and existing workflows under Touchless Registration. The field can be made visible or hidden in the workflow. Also, the field can be made mandatory or optional for members in the workflow.

Touchless flow will have this new field if selected
Existing touchless flows will have ability to select this new field if needed.
In registration form, members should be able to input their Network Id when the field is enabled and made visible for new or existing workflows.

Reports would reflect this new field only if selected
Exports – Will include this new field
When enabled, Network ID field column is included under All Temperature, High Temperature, Registration, Check-In and Member Activity sub section under ‘Reporting’ tab. This field is also available when exported.
