Facility and Location Requirements in XT.

Touchless Registration – By default the Facility and location will be ‘All’ while creating/editing workflow. We can assign facility and location to the workflow by selecting list of facilities and locations dropdown list.

Selected facility name and location name which is assigned to workflow name will be displayed in Registration Report and Member activity Report. Facility and column name will be blank in these two reports when facility name and location name is not assigned to workflow .

Other reports like Check in Report, All Temperature Report, High Temperature Report, Mask Compliance Report, facility name and location name will be fetched from Device management.

Facility and location name which is assigned to workflow will be displayed In Failed Questionaire content/Member Report(Email template).

Facility and location name which is assigned to device will be displayed in High Temperature Report.(Email template).

When the user is assigned to particular facility which is mapped to particular workflow. Those workflows cannot be visible to other user which they have already assigned with some other facilities.

Consider there are two users User1 and User2,User1 is assigned with Facility name Fac1 and User2 is assigned with Facility name Fac2.If Fac1 is assigned to workflow name ‘testflow’.These workflow will be invisible for User2 when he logged into his account.
