Click on Check-In report under-Reporting Tab.
Maximum limit of records to display in Check-in report page is top 100 records, but when exported it can display more
Check-in Report shows Top 100n records
Check-In Report Page appears as shown in the image.
Temperature: It indicates the recorded temperature of the individual who checkedin using the registration link sent.
Name: It indicates the name of the individual who checkedin
Email: It indicates the email id of the individual who checkedin.
Mobile: It indicates the mobile number of the individual who checkedin.
Member Type; Type of member-Example: Visitor/Vendor/Staff
Workflow: Name of the workflow.
Questionaire::Icons for Questionaire page
Last Updated time
Result-Pass/Fail.
The screenshot indicates Workflow name based on selected date we find records for Registration Report
Questionnaire: Under this field, user can see the questionnaire icon which displays the COVID 19 Questionnaire report answered by the member.
Last Updated: It indicates the time at which the status was last updated.
Result: It indicates the Pass or Fail Result based on the answers given by Questionnaire.
Export- You can export the report content in a form of excel as shown in below image.

Advance search with new accordion UI in Check-in Report
Click on Advance Search in Check-in Report , below fields and buttons appears to search for a respective member details as shown in Figure 1

First Name: Respective Member can be searched using only member First name as shown in Figure 1.1 which displays only that particular member details in Check-in report

Last Name: Respective Member can be searched using only member Last name as shown in Figure 1.2 which displays only that particular member details in Check-in report

Email: Respective Member can be searched using only Email Id. as shown in Figure 1.3 which displays only that particular member details in Check-in report

Mobile :Respective Member can be searched using only Mobile number filter as well as shown in Figure 1.4 which displays only that particular member details in Check-in report

Member Type: Its defines the respective member type whether the member is visitor or Doctor , etc. . By default member Type will be displayed as All(as shown in Figure 1.4). Respective Member can be searched by selecting respective member type as shown in Figure 1.5 which displays only that particular member details in Check-in report

Apply: This button is used to filter member data based on the details provided in above search fields as shown in figure 1.1, 1.2, 1.3 , 1.4 and 1.5.

Member data can be searched by providing all data in the above Advance search filters as shown in Figure 2.

Member can be searched using any Combinations filters say Eg-Passing data First Name and Email Id , fields etc. in Advance search as shown in Figure 3

Clear Button: This button is used to clear member data as shown in Figure 4
