Click on Form Options tab, the following page appears as shown in the image.

User can choose the required fields during the registration ass shown in Figure

Name:
Check the checkbox under ‘Required’ to make the name mandatory, uncheck to make the name optional.

Mobile:
Check the checkbox under ‘Required’ to make the mobile number mandatory, uncheck to make the mobile number optional.

E-Mail:
Check the checkbox under ‘Required’ to make the email address mandatory, uncheck to make the email address optional.

Address:

Check the checkbox under ‘Required’ to make the address mandatory, uncheck to make the Address address optional.

Member Id:
Check the checkbox under ‘Required’ to make the member Id as mandatory, uncheck to make the member Id optional.

Access Card Id:
Check the checkbox under ‘Required’ to make the access card id as mandatory, uncheck to make the access card id and address as optional.

Click on save button.
