When the Notifications tab is clicked, the following page will be visible where the High temperature notification alert with content and Failed Questionnaire alert with content can be enabled which will trigger the High temperature and Failed questionnaire Notification with Content email as below

There is a another option of the temperature notification of a device can be enabled without a content. Just uncheck two check boxes.


For this, the user has to click on Add button.

Select the specific device name from the Device Name dropdown, to which temperature notification has to be enabled.

Enter the Mobile number under Mobile Text Box, to which the notification has to be sent.

Enter the Email address under Email Text Box, to which the notification has to be sent.

Click on ‘Save’ button.

High Temperature Notifications email can hold up maximum length 250 characters or less than 250 characters as shown in Figure 3

Check the check box beside ‘Enable High Temperature Notification’.

Edit or Delete Notifications

Admin can edit their Temperature Notifications just by clicking action button and select Edit Notifications. Same thing is applied to Questionaire Notifications.

Admin can delete their Notifications by just selecting Delete Notifications.Same thing is applied to Questionaire Notifications.

Note: When the device is done Inactive from Device Management ,Admin will not be able to see the Notification settings.



Failed Questionnaire notifications can be enabled in this page. Check the check box beside ‘Enable Failed Questionnaire Notification’.


Click on Add button

User can see the details as shown in the image


Select the specific member type from the dropdown, to which failed questionnaire notification has to be enabled.

Enter the Mobile number under Mobile Text Box, to which the notification has to be sent.

Enter the Email address under Email Text Box, to which the notification has to be sent.

Select the status Active or Inactive from the status dropdown.

Click on ‘Save’ button.

Failed Questionnaire Notifications email can hold up maximum length 250 characters or less than 250 characters as shown in Figure 2

Failed Questionaire Notifications will be sent to multiple emails for the same Member type and same Workflow Name.

High Temperature Notifications can also be send to multiple emails from the selected device.

Notifications Triggered based on Country Code:

Failed Questionnaire and High Temp notifications links can be triggered to respective numbers based on country code selected under Notifications as shown in Figure 1 and 2. Eg: Respective country numbers can be passed by selecting the respective country flags say IND , US , CA under Notifications
