After user clicks on Edit Facility, it navigates to a popup window, where some details of the facility can be changed.

Facility Name: User can edit the facility name in the text box under this field.

External Facility ID: User can change the external facility ID under this field.

Notes: User can change the Notes under this field.

Status: User can change the status of the facility.
Select Active radio button to make the facility active or Inactive radio button to make inactive.

Save: Click on ‘Save’ button, after modifying the details of the facility to save the new details.
Close: User can click on close button to close the popup window.
